A little bit more about who we are...

Andrew Farquharson runs a busy and successful psychotherapy and hypnotherapy practice in Edinburgh working with individuals and groups of all ages. The term 'people person' could not be more aptly applied. Andrew also runs various courses throughout Scotland, specialising in Emotional Intelligence through the Chamber of Commerce and Educational institutions.

In his earlier career, teaching within a Rudolf Steiner school*, Andrew quickly rose to Headship, strengthening and broadening his interest and experiences in the Steiner principals and outlook on life. Fortunately for the rest of us, those years spent teaching, focused on the child's self belief and esteem rather than 'fitting into the system' now bring a wealth of experience to our (coffee!) table. here at Caffee Coach.

 Caroline Hamblin runs clinics between the East Midlands (including a busy GP practice) and Harley Street. She regularly receives referrals through the NHS as well as other therapists countrywide. Working within different socioeconomic groups has motivated the development of Caffee Coach alongside Andrew to help provide freely available 'good enough' therapy to all.

She has been in private practice as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist since 2005 initially training in Freudian Psychoanalysis. Today’s practice reflects 21st century living and promotes evidence based, ethical practice, helping the client achieve measured, quantifiable goals within a relatively short space of time. This includes the field of positive psychology where the focus is on personal growth rather than on pathology, better able to reach a wider audience and anyone wishing to improve their quality of life, regardless of age or situation. In a non-therapeutic setting, she has worked with sportsmen, small businesses aiming to improve both harmony and productivity, as well as with staff and children within schools.
